Each task is estimated and approved by you before commencing work. At the end of each month, all tasks completed will be billed to the card on file.

How does the prepaid pricing work?

Every task is estimated, and approved by you. The time taken to complete the tasks is subtracted from your prepaid pack.

What does minimum cost per task mean?

The minimum cost per task is charged if the listed task takes less than half an hour. This is to help cover the administration cost of implementing small changes.

Can I batch tasks in order to avoid minimum cost per task?

Yes, up to a point. If the tasks are related then go for it, however if the tasks are wildly different in implementation then we might flag this with you and discuss how this should be structured.

Can we hold you to the turnaround time?

No. Because the tasks can vary wildy in size and complexity, the turnaround time is simply a general average. However, the higher the plan, the higher it is prioritized in our development queue.

Can I use this service to build a new website?

You absolutely can! We would strongly recommend getting one of the prepaid packages for larger projects like this though.
