No. Because the tasks can vary wildy in size and complexity, the turnaround time is simply a general average. However, the higher the plan, the higher it is prioritized in our development queue.

Github and Deploybot are development operations (devops) tools, and use of them is a best practice in Shopify development. The use of them allows you to streamline deployment of new features and functionality, as well as granting the ability to instantly rollback changes that may have caused issues.

You absolutely can! However this is probably only best for people who are starting out and doing most of the work themselves e.g. selecting a theme, uploading content and choosing settings - and just need us to fill in the gaps. For larger projects it is probably best to contact us and arrange an alternative structure.
