Our oddly simple steps to success

Step 1

Submit a task or two, or ten!

We’ll gather any information we need from you to deliver a free cost estimate that’s both fair and transparent.
  • Each task estimate is free, submit as many as you like
  • Submit tasks of any size, the minimum is only half an hour
  • No obligations or billing surprises, work begins when approved by you
Step 2

Be part of the development process

Once approved by you, your task will be assigned to the best team member for the job and overseen for quality throughout. You’ll see on your personal trello board how the task is progressing and be able to discuss and revise with us.
What can I get developed and designed?
If it’s possible with Shopify, we can do it. Theme customizations, custom theme sections, fixes to code and images, + much more. For project inspiration, you can browse our service marketplace.
How long does it take?
It depends on the task. We aim to begin tasks within at most 2 business days of approval. If there are urgent changes required, you can flag it with us and we will get it done ASAP (for an extra fee).
How much does it cost?
As much or as little as you want - it depends on your needs and your budget!
Step 3

Make sure it’s just right

After our rigorous internal quality assurance process, we hand it over to you for review. Only when you're 100% happy with it, we deploy it to your live store and it is queued for billing at the end of the month.
How do I add to the project scope?
Simply add a comment, email or call us and we can adjust the scope. Keep in mind that depending on the changes required, the cost of the task may need to be re-evaluated.
Where is the project history stored?
Every task that we complete with you will be available to review on your dedicated trello board.
What happens if there is a bug or issue?
In the unlikely event of a bug, please flag it with us and we will resolve it as soon as humanly possible.
